Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

At WoodShed Designs, I want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help make it right. Here’s everything you need to know about my return and exchange policy:

1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item. If it’s been less than 30 days, you’re good to go!

2. Eligible Items
To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, and with all original packaging.

  • Custom or personalized items can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective (I’ll make exceptions for any mistakes on my end!).

3. How to Start a Return
Getting started is easy:

  1. Reach out to me at woodsheddesign@yahoo.com or (610) 297-0603 with your order details and reason for the return.

  2. I’ll guide you through the next steps and provide the return address.

  3. Once I receive your item and confirm it meets the return criteria, I’ll process your refund or exchange right away.

4. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Return Shipping
I currently don’t offer prepaid return shipping, so you’ll need to cover the cost of sending the item back. If the return is due to an error on my part (like a wrong or defective item), I’ll make sure to cover the shipping costs.

6. Exchanges
Want to swap your item for something else? No problem! Just let me know, and I’ll help you find the perfect replacement.
